Privacy policy
Last updated 7 November 2026
Walker H. Jackson Web Studio (“I”, “we”) runs walkerjacksondigital.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use the preview request form, we collect your name, business name and phone number, and, if you give them, your trade and your message. If you text or call us, we see your number and what you tell us.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, build your preview, provide the services you sign up for, and contact you about them. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers or session replay. Fonts and all other files are served from this site, not from Google. The one outside script is Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the request form (see below). If we ever add an analytics tool, session replay will be off by default and form fields will be masked, and we will update this page first. See the cookie notice.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site. When you send the request form, a small program on Cloudflare checks it and stores what you typed in our Cloudflare storage until we copy it into our records. We do not store your IP address with your request; to stop flooding, a short scrambled code made from it is kept for one hour.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a spam bot, usually without asking you to do anything. To do that it reads signals such as your IP address, browser type (user agent) and connection details, and uses them only to detect bots and improve that detection, not to identify, profile or advertise to you (Turnstile privacy addendum). It sets no cookies on this site.
- Stripe handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Our phone and email providers carry the calls, texts and emails you send us.
Voice receptionist (for our clients’ callers)
When we run a receptionist for a client business, it collects what callers say (such as name, number, address and the job they need) and passes it to that business so they can call back. That business decides how it uses the information. We keep call summaries only as long as needed to deliver the service, and we never use them to market to callers.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our form asks you to confirm you are 16 or older. If you think a child has sent us information, text (404) 823-7010 and we will delete it.
Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, usually the same day. Service emails about your own order are sent only as needed.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and for normal business records, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and as required for tax records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop any emails or texts, text or call (404) 823-7010, or reply “unsubscribe” to any email. We respond within 10 business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. Big changes will be explained on this page before they take effect.
